The shaping machine SL 35 constitutes a little numerical control working centre, which is able to do various processes automatically, such as outlines of interiors and exteriors (for example washbasins kitchen plans) engravings and bas-relieves. The machine has been studied for a versatile use to guarantee high productiveness in the long run. The machine uses the traditional bridge setting provided with high precision movement obtained by brushless motors together with rolls recirculation screws. Tracks sliding on ball recirculation shoes ensure endurance and precision in the long run. Electrospindle with fast and automatic unhooking of the tool, connection ISO 40, central passing of refrigerant liquid through a rotating joint. The machine is provided with a numerical control which, besides leading the axes' movement, signals eventual anomalies through messages and alarms facilitating this way its use for the operator. Moreover, long workings can be done without the operator's presence.
There are also other accessories available as the toll's pre-setting with laser tool, which is particularly useful for the tool's diameter changing during polishing workings. It is also possible to get an optional laser copier to make bas-reliefs and the automatic tool’s changer with 18 stations.
The language, in which messages and helping ones about the programming appear, is chosen according to the destination of the machine. The programming language is type ISO with the possibility of high-level programming; the creation of programs depends on a Cad-cam software.
