 DIACO Innovations is a supplier DIACO CNC router bits that feature a complete set of pre-calculated parameters and detailed setting instructions. Our 6 steps system consists of 3 metal and 3 resin bond steps. The first step is extremely aggressive; it removes the stock and forms the profile. The second and third steps smooth out the surface and shape the profile further. The last three steps – 4, 5 and 6 come with extremely thick 6mm diamond layer and achieve a superior polish at 4,500 RPM. All of our polishing steps give a full-body polish rather than a strip polishing.
